  1. Hi, I've been using the electronic download feature from my bank since we ordered Moneyworks Gold over a year ago, and that has worked fine. However, I am now trying to import transactions from PayPal and have been completely unsuccessful. When I try to use the transaction download option under File, I get the message The account "' does not exist, and it won't let me go any further. When I try the Command-Load Bank Statement option, I set the parameters, and click on the Load Statement File button, then on the proper file in the menu that pops up, and the menu disappears, but nothing shows up in the MoneyWorks window. Is this problem something I am doing wrong, or have others run into the same thing? Any help you all can offer would be greatly appreciated. Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References:- http://cognito.co.nz/mwcommunity/viewtopic.php?t=2386 Recycling Service Video Thanks!
  2. Hi, If the rate at the bank is within 1% of the "actual" exchange rate, is that reasonable, assuming there are no other transaction fees? I use quotes around the word "actual" because I'm not sure if there is such a thing as the "actual" rate. I checked xe, x-rates, yahoo and google and the numbers were all slightly different...is there an official number that all of these websites should be reporting, from the government, world bank, etc. If so, where does it come from and where can I find it? But back to my transaction: If it is within 1% of all of the exchange rates I can find, is that a fair rate? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. 3. Hi, I am using 2.0.3.x now, payments via PayPal standard, and I haven't been receiving shipping info on the paypal payments received after logging into paypal. PayPal shows no address OR confirmed address. I just tried making several updates from the OpenCart forums regarding these files: pp_standard.php pp_standard.tpl just tried placing an order, and still no address. Since PayPal standard is a payment option in OpenCart, I would think there would be a pretty easy fix that someone has come across. I did the updates as per these locations, the items that relate to 2.0.3 I just did a few test orders, and none of them come in with a confirmed PayPal address, and after logging into PayPal, PayPal doesn't show a confirmed address either. The only place I have an address, is on the automatic email order confirmation I receive back from the Opencast shopping cart. Why isn't this passing from the cart, through to PayPal??? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References:- https://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?t=152611 Marketing video production service Thanks!
